Nine questions doctors ask. Nine answers with evidence.
Pick a question. Every answer draws from the same source as the site, and each one carries its own link, so it can be sent mid-conversation without opening another tab.
The question rail
What exactly do I get?
source · /what-we-do
- Nine engines are the catalog. You buy from a menu with a status on every line — not from a retainer that promises everything.
- Three states, declared before you pay. Every line reads Shipped, Built · not yet proven or Roadmap. You are told which is proven before you pay.
- Digital Practice Twin. One Digital Practice Twin per practice, named for your practice, carrying all four pillars' capabilities — so your team adopts one worker rather than four tools.
- What it runs by itself. Eight lines carry the autonomy mark — each listed below with the state it is actually in.

What each state means
- Shipped
- Running for a paying practice today, and repeatable. Quotable without flinching.
- Built · not yet proven
- Exists and works. Has not run at volume for a paying practice, or is pending a pilot. You are told before you pay.
- Roadmap
- Not built. On the menu so you can tell us whether you'd want it.

What does it cost?
source · /pricing
- The shape: Install plus a flat monthly retainer. No revenue share.
- Retainer from $2,500/mo. A range, scoped together — never a fixed quote off a webpage.
- Install scoped from your Scan, typically $2,500–$6,000. A full website build is priced separately, on top of the install.
- Paid media: A management fee plus ad spend at cost — you see the real spend.
- What it is not: No percentage of your collections. Flat means flat. Some items are one-and-done orders — listings is the worked example.
- The close: We scope it together. The Practice Scan is free and opens the door; it scopes the install, it does not sell you one.
How long until something happens?
source · /how-it-works
- Three phases plus the retainer. Foundation, weeks 1–4 · Fill, weeks 3–8 · Grow, month 2 onward · Run, the retainer.
- When the clock starts: The retainer starts at signature, not at launch.
- Fill opens before Foundation closes. The windows overlap; the work does not wait for a hand-off.
- Campaigns wait for the gates. First campaigns, once the five hard gates pass — the next question explains why.
The first two items of each phase
- FoundationWeeks 1–4
- Site on the factory — config-driven brand, fonts, tracking; URLs preserved 1:1 if migrating; performance budgets that fail the build on regression
- Listings and NAP rebuilt to one published number
- FillWeeks 3–8
- Case-presentation training moved early — it converts everything downstream
- Review engine on
- GrowMonth 2 onward
- Paid media scaled against the closed loop — bid on Booked or Showed, not on clicks
- Offers, referral programme, local SEO radius
- RunThe retainer
- Profile cadence and review replies
- Campaign pacing and offline conversion uploads
Why won't you just run ads now?
source · /how-it-works
- The principle: Mechanism installed, not outcome achieved. Every gate is checkable, not a judgement call.
- Five hard gates before a dollar of spend. Listed below. Ads that run before them buy clicks the practice cannot catch.
- Three more run in Fill, alongside the first campaigns: case-presentation training, review engine and social presence.
- If a gate fails: A failed gate generates Foundation scope. It is a quote, not a rejection.
- When they do run: Paid media scaled against the closed loop — bid on Booked or Showed, not on clicks.
The hard gates
- 01A working website
- 02Correct listings — one published phone number, everywhere
- 03Conversion tracking
- 04The phone answered fast
- 05A follow-up system

- The first practice — a general practice in Southern California. client Live and paying since June 2026. The first practice. Site rebuilt on the factory, listings to one number, closed-loop tracking, the follow-up system, membership, paid search, and the implant nurture — ninety days that turned a service list into a protocol.Named, with results, once the doctor's written permission is on file.
- The second build — a practice in Orange County. staging Foundation build complete; staging, not yet launched. The second build — the one that proved the template replicates. Nine pages, every fact traced to a primary source, every unverifiable claim left out rather than guessed. Built in two days on the factory.Named, with results, once the doctor's written permission is on file.
- Five persona demonstrations: Halden Cosmetic Dentistry, Northline Implant Center, Ashgrove Dental House, Everwell Family Dental and Bright Arc Orthodontics — fictional practices, real builds, so a doctor can see their own shape before signing.

How do I know the work is any good?
source · /vault/gates
- Nine gate families run on every change. Fourteen checks run per page, on every page, before anything ships.
- A wrong-shaped social card fails the build. So does a dead internal link, a missing schema node, a second phone number or an image over budget.
- Every gate is deliberately broken to prove it catches. Break it on purpose, watch it fail, restore, confirm green — a check that cannot fail is worse than no check, because it is trusted.
- Statutory compliance is enforced at build time. "Painless", the words the statute names, and inexact pricing are blocked before copy ships — not reviewed after.
- Why the gates exist. Every serious defect found here was a silent failure — valid output pointing at the wrong thing, with every check green. Each one became a gate.

What runs without me?
source · /vault/reporting
- Campaign management and the monthly report. Shipped Four scheduled pulls open a reviewed pull request weekly: search rankings, ads impression share, automation-platform backup, answer-engine citations
- Four scheduled routines, each on its own clock, each read-only by construction — none can pause, bid, spend or write to the practice's platform.
- Each one arrives as a reviewed pull request. The monthly report is a diff someone approved, not a deck assembled the night before.
- The rest of the retainer is marked honestly. Three more lines, each with the state it is in — listed below.
The routines

What will I see each month?
source · /vault/reporting — the Twin console
- Three views over one practice's live data. One for the front desk, one for the doctor, one for the people running the install — each answers one question, listed below.
- A metric this system cannot measure renders as not tracked, never as zero. A number nobody verified is never shown; the empty cells are the argument for closing them.
- No patient identifiers. Rows carry a contact id, tags and the patient's own form answers — never a name, email or phone number. Contact details stay in the practice's platform, behind its own access control.
- The Prove phase: the monthly rhythm, a split-ledger report and a re-scan — the three stages below, verbatim.
The three views
- Today for the front deskWho do I call next, and what do I say?
- Performance for the doctorWhat did the spend produce?
- Playbook for NextGen, internalWhat is installed, and what is actually running?
Prove
- 01Run — the monthly rhythm
- 02The monthly report — split ledger: what we measured versus what you reported, never mixed
- 03The re-scan — the same checks re-run monthly, so the before-and-after is the scorecard itself
