The four colours are the four shards of the mark: an X, one shard on each diagonal, one shard in each pillar's colour. Nothing about it is decorative. The colour a card carries anywhere on this site is the shard that pillar owns in the mark, and the mark is the whole system in one glyph — four capabilities that meet at the centre and are not sold apart.
02 · The factory
A factory, not a portfolio.
One shared template. Seven builds on it so far. Every build passes the same gates before it ships — the same checks, in the same order, on every change — so the seventh practice is held to exactly the standard the first one was.
A new practice is a configuration, not a codebase. Brand, fonts, tracking, the one published phone number, the page set — declared in a single file the build validates before it renders a page. What took weeks the first time takes days now, and the time falls with every build, because nothing is rebuilt that already works.
That is the point of a factory. It does not make each practice unique; it makes each practice correct, then spends the saved time on what is actually different about yours.
